No. Everything you place on the canvas stays in your browser. Photos only leave your device if you sign in and explicitly save the collage to the cloud.

Double-click a text block on the canvas to type. With it selected, the Text panel offers fonts, sizes, colors, letter spacing, curved text, outlines and shadows.

Yes, open the Draw tool, pick a color and brush size, and paint right on the canvas. The eraser removes strokes even after you've lifted your finger.
